Additionally, Airmen and Soldiers are encouraged use the chain of command as the primary and preferred channel to identify and correct unlawful discriminatory practices; process and resolve complaints of unlawful discrimination, including sexual harassment. Any Airman or Solider who believes they have experienced harassment (to include sexual harassment) and/or discrimination are equally encouraged to report the incident to an Equal Opportunity professional (Wing Equal Opportunity Staff, Brigade Equal Opportunity Advisor, or State Equal Employment Office Staff) within 180 days of incident or knowledge of such actions occurring.
Complaint Process: Any member desiring to file an Informal Request for Resolution (IRR) will need to coordinate with an Equal Opportunity professional to complete a National Guard Form 333 to initiate a MEO complaint.
