Air Force Photo at Joint Base Andrews: The 113th Wing Public Affairs Office provides official full length, head and shoulder, ISO Prep and passport photos at no charge. Official photos are available Monday through Friday: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, no exceptions. To schedule an appointment please call 240-857-4867 or email usaf.dc.113-wg.list.pa-ft@mail.mil. Official photos are also available on UTA Saturday: Walk-in hours 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. and UTA Sunday: Walk-in hours 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.
