A representative from Lawrence Dunbar High School receives a scholarship certificate on behalf of Brooklyn Payne, a graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, during a Minuteman Scholarship ceremony at the D.C. Armory in Washington, D.C., on July 18, 2025. Payne received a three‑year scholarship to attend Howard University with plans to commission into the Medical Services Corps.
