LTC Paul Grandpierre is a native New Yorker currently serving as the Staff Judge Advocate with the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG). He received his direct commission in the Army in 2009 and completed the 180th Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course in May 2010. Since commissioning, LTC Grandpierre has served in both traditional and full-time roles with the DCNG.

U.S. Soldiers from the Alabama Army National Guard arrive at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, to support the Joint Task Force–District of Columbia’s security mission in Southeast D.C. with foot patrols and medic support. About 2,300 National Guard members are supporting the D.C. Safe and Beautiful mission providing critical support to the D.C.
