Joint Base Andrews, Md. - Public Affairs leadership teams from the Burkinabe Armed Forces and the D.C. National Guard (DCNG) participated in a subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) event at the DCNG Armory in Washington, D.C., July 11-13. The event enhanced shared knowledge in strategic communications and information management. The exchange also demonstrates the enduring partnership between Burkinabe Armed Forces and the DCNG. The DCNG and Burkina Faso began their partnership through The National Guard State Partnership Program in 2019.
