What inspired you to pursue a career in the Air Force?
I was inspired by a sense of duty to serve and the opportunity to be part of something larger than myself, contributing to the defense and values of the Nation.

I stay updated by regularly reviewing official updates, participating in professional development programs, and engaging with colleagues across the Air National Guard.
What are your strategies for effectively communicating and collaborating with personnel at different levels within the organization?
I prioritize open, transparent communication and adapt my approach based on the audience, ensuring clarity and building mutual understanding across all levels.
How do you balance the needs and expectations of HQ with the challenges faced by personnel at the grassroots level?
