Warrant Officer

A primary objective of the Recruiting and Retention Command (RRC) is to select qualified and competent soldiers for advancement to the Warrant Officer career fields. Our leadership is unwavering in the recruitment process and we target only the most desirable candidates. This is a challenging objective, considering the required technical experience and competencies expected of today's Warrant Officer.

The talent we seek is inherent among most seasoned enlisted soldiers.
